Personal data processed
We process the name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and message content you share through our contact and quote forms, together with your IP address for system security purposes.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed solely for responding to quote requests, managing contractual processes, maintaining customer relations and fulfilling legal obligations.
Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent; it may only be transferred to authorized institutions where legally required.
Retention period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purposes require, taking statutory limitation periods into account; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damages. You can submit your requests via the e-mail address on our contact page.
