BARLASTANK
Company

The engineering behind a tank.

Barlas Tank is an engineering and manufacturing company that designs, builds and commissions stainless steel storage and process equipment.

Who we are

With more than twenty-five years of manufacturing experience, we build the stainless steel tanks that industries from food to chemicals rely on — all under one roof. We start not with a catalogue number but by understanding your process; no line is drawn before capacity, fluid, temperature and pressure are on the table.

We never ask you to squeeze your process into a standard shell. Every tank is sized to the line it will run on; material, surface finish and connection standards are defined per project. Our goal is not merely to deliver equipment but to take responsibility for a solution that runs trouble-free for years.

PRODUCTION FACILITY — SCHEMATIC VIEW
How we work
01

Engineering first

Every project starts with a 3D model, strength calculations and approved technical drawings; production opens only after the numbers are verified.

02

One roof, one responsibility

From cutting to welding, polishing to pressure testing, every step runs in our own facility — the project never falls into the gaps of a subcontractor chain.

03

Traceable material

Every plate used is logged with a 3.1 certificate; which material went into which tank is fixed in writing.

04

Here after delivery too

For commissioning, spare parts, maintenance and revisions you reach the same engineering team long after delivery.

In-house capabilities

Every operation a tank requires is carried out in our facility, by our own team.

01

CNC cutting & rolling

Plate preparation, plasma/laser cutting and cylindrical rolling for precise shell fabrication.

02

TIG welding

Under EN ISO 3834-2, with certified welders and qualified welding procedures.

03

Jacketing & insulation

Half-pipe or dimple jackets, polyurethane/mineral wool insulation and outer cladding.

04

Surface finishing

Interior polishing to Ra ≤ 0.8 µm, electropolishing and passivation.

05

Testing & quality

Leak, hydrostatic pressure, dimensional and surface-roughness checks.

06

Assembly & commissioning

Agitator, instrumentation and CIP line assembly, plus on-site commissioning.
